You can’t make a Fantage Europe Account because it tracks your IP address and notices your in America, so that’s why it won’t let you 😦
But anyway, Fantage Japan is kinda easy to use, all you have to do is sign up @ Nexon Japan, and go to the website for Fantage Japan 🙂
